What we can offer your pet
Group Hikes
Our specialty service. We aim to provide your dog with a day of adventure and exercise in Kitchener's safest hiking trails.
Pet Visits
If you're stepping out for the day or just the afternoon, we can check on your pet for you while you're away.
Pack Play
1 hour supervised fenced off-leash play in a private dog park in Ayr. Zoomies are guaranteed.
Daycare
Your pet will spend the day with an experienced walker and will be taken on 2 double pack hikes from
9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Dog days are a walk in the park

About the owner
Jenna is an experienced, bonded and insured professional dog walker based out of Kitchener, ON. With over 5 years under her belt, Jenna has a proven background of providing adventure and care for all kinds of dogs through warm and cold seasons. Jenna also volunteers for an animal rescue based out of Toronto where she helps to organize and manage new dog/parent relationships. Jenna greets every dog with a smile and can guarantee that your pup will bring one back for you. Get in touch and join the pack!

Regular walking hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday, not including holidays.
Availability outside of regular hours may vary – please call ahead. Prices are subject to change.
$5 fee is applied to any service booked on weekends and $10 on Holidays

How to get started
Before joining our group, we kindly request that your dog participates in a trial walk. This gives us the opportunity to become acquainted with your furry friend, assess their leash and social skills with the pack, and ensure a seamless integration into our wonderful group! Feel free to reach out to us to schedule your dog's first adventure!

Training
At Goldie Hound we wholeheartedly recognize the uniqueness of every dog. We understand that each furry companion has distinct needs when it comes to walking in groups or participating in our pack-related activities. That's why we embrace a diverse range of training tools and styles, always prioritizing positive reinforcement to foster a serene and well-behaved environment. Your dog's individuality is at the core of our approach, ensuring a harmonious experience for every member of our pack.
Booking
We require a minimum of two days a week for group walks. Any added walks will be based on availability and can be made directly on our software. All walks will be put into the morning or afternoon 3-hour walking window. Pickup and drop-off will fall within the following timeframes:
Morning: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Afternoon: 12 p.m. - 3 p.m.
Group Hikes
We walk a max of 6 dogs in a group. Groups are based on geography and dog compatibility.
Daycare
6-8 hours in your home or sitters. Based on availability. Regular clients only.
Double Pack Hikes
Dogs get two-pack hikes. 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Regular clients only.
Weekends/Holidays
Bookings will be based on availability $5 will be added for weekend walks $10 added for Holiday appointments. Dog Walks and Dog Hikes are paused for Stat Holidays.
Boarding
We offer in YOUR home boarding to our regular clients.
Weather
Walks could be cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions. We follow the City of Waterloo’s School Bus cancellation policies.
Gear
All dogs need a martingale collar and properly fitted harness.
Spay/Neuter
All dogs must be spayed and neutered for Pack Play.
